This 80-acre business park, dedicated to meeting the needs of the progressive 21st century company, will include:
- a 12,500-square-foot Business Resource Center (with a business incubator and offices for SCORE, Rural Development, the School to Career Program and the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council.
- a 12,500-square-foot Learning and Seminar Center, operated by a consortium of education providers from New Hampshire and Maine, will provide business and technology training to Village residents and the general business community.
- a Business Park with all infrastructures in place–roads, electric, water, waste and high speed telecommunications access–and financing options available.
